| The owner of the condo on the right was a little more then upset to discover his parking lot was being sold on E-Bay because as the aerial shows he has a need to park a travel trailer on the lot during the winter months he is living in his condo.
Fortunately for the condo owner, Ray's sale did not go through because Title Insurance could not be issued on Tax Deeded Property and that prohibited the sale.
No Title Insurance and Ray obtained this property from government ?? Go Figure!!
We must consider the hardship placed on decent Florida Citizens when parcels such as this are sold by tax deed.
Florida Citizens living in multi type dwellings have had their swimming pool and recreational building sold by the state to others only because they were not aware such a situation existed and that the property taxes were not being paid. |
